PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

 

TURNAROUND TIMES: Turnaround times for both print and design orders are NOT guaranteed. All turnaround times posted or estimated are estimated based on previous orders. There are several circumstances that could delay an order's turnaround time, many of which are beyond our control. NO REFUNDS OR REPRINTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY DELAYS IN TURNAROUND TIMES.

 

QUOTES/PRICING: All quotes will be valid for 30 days from the date the quote was provided, unless otherwise indicated. Sindex Printing & Graphics reserves the right to revise or change prices for orders that exceed the valid quote timeframe, if the delay in the order is due to the customer’s lack of communication, response, payment, or approval of graphics. 

 

PAYMENT: Any and all orders must be paid at the time of order, unless an account and payment terms has been established. If a total is not known at the time of order, an estimated total/deposit will be collected. Orders will not begin production until payment is received. Payments may be tendered by cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DELAY OR POSTPONEMENT OF AN ORDER DUE TO NON-PAYMENT.

 

STALE ORDERS: Sindex Printing & Graphics reserves the right to cancel, without refund, any order that is determined to be “stale”. A “stale order” is one for which the customer’s communication has ceased and no response has been received for a period exceeding 14 business days.

 

COLOR: Colors for any print order are NOT guaranteed. We hold no responsibility for any color variations between the digital media and the final printed product. We do not offer any color matching services. Sindex Printing & Graphics is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Sindex Printing & Graphics will try it's best to match the gradient density of each color, Sindex Printing & Graphics is not liable for the final appearance of a color. *Please note the color on your monitor may not be representative of the printed piece. The monitor uses a resolution of 72 dpi and is RGB based, while printing uses 300 dpi and is CMYK based. The colors on the monitor are brighter than they will appear when they are printed. Application of UV Coating may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Sindex Printing & Graphics is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV products. NO REFUNDS OR REPRINTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR COLOR VARIATIONS FROM THE DIGITAL MEDIA TO THE FINAL PRINTED PRODUCT.

 

DESIGN PROOFING: Any and all graphic designs completed by Sindex Printing & Graphics must have written approval before the order will be printed. Approval of a proof includes, but is not limited to, the design’s colors, layout, stock images, and text (including spelling & punctuation). Once an order is approved for print, Sindex Printing & Graphics may use any design for samples and/or marketing purposes. Sindex Printing & Graphics accepts no liability for any design related mistakes after customer approval. NO REFUNDS OR REPRINTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY DESIGN RELATED MISTAKES.

 

PROOF DISCLAIMER: All orders will be kept on hold until a written approval is communicated from the customer. Please email your approval or changes as soon as possible so we can proceed with the order in a timely manner. By submitting your response to Sindex Printing & Graphics, you agree to the following terms.  "PROOF APPROVED” indicates that you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for the final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Sindex Printing & Graphics is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Omitted, Mistyped or Misspelled Words, Grammar, Punctuation. You understand that any errors existing on the approved proof will be printed and that any additional costs incurred to fix these errors are your responsibility and not eligible to be re-run free of charge. "NEEDS CHANGES" indicates that this order may be printed with the attached changes. You understand that errors will be fixed at no additional charge but changes to the original design will be charged at the quoted hourly rate.

 

DIGITAL MEDIA DESIGN AND TYPE ERRORS. When a file is submitted to us for print, all design and type needs to be proofread and finalized before submission. We will not be held liable for any files that are submitted to us with copy or design errors. For internally designed files, we will not be held liable for any files printed containing design or type errors after receiving customer’s approval to print. NO REFUNDS OR REPRINTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY DESIGN OR TYPE ERRORS SUBMITTED OR APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER.

 

QUANTITIES: Exact quantities are NOT guaranteed. In most cases, you will receive a small percentage more than you ordered. In some cases, you may receive fewer. As industry standards dictate, your order may be run under or over 10% of the quantity ordered. NO REFUNDS OR REPRINTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR UNDERAGES OR OVERAGES THAT ARE WITHIN 10% OF THE QUANTITY ORDERED.

 

SIZING AND CUTTING: Cutting accuracy and exact sizing are NOT guaranteed. All orders are laid out and printed at the exact size ordered. As industry standards dictate, your order may be cut 1/16" to 1/8" smaller on each edge, due to the gang run printing process to eliminate run over from the order laid out next to it. For this reason, we require a 1/4" bleed area to reduce any risk of truncated copies. These cuts might also be larger or smaller on one side or the other. It is strongly advised that edge borders are not used on any order. NO REFUNDS OR REPRINTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CUTTING OR SIZE VARIATIONS UP TO 1/8" ON EACH EDGE.

 

SHIPPING: We will not be held liable for any shipping delays or shipments that are lost in transit from a third-party shipping company. NO REFUNDS OR REPRINTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: A print order can be canceled at any time prior to it entering into production. A company representative will inform you of the cancellation charges incurred, if any.  All expenses incurred prior to changes or cancellation of an order will be invoiced and charged accordingly. Changes to orders and cancellations must be sent in writing, via email, and confirmed by a company representative. A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter.  If an order is canceled, any labor hours (preflight, graphic design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will not be subtracted from your balance due or refunded. Due to the custom nature of all orders, no refunds are issued for completed orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

 

TRADEMARKS: Any and all trademarks/logos displayed on the Sindex Printing & Graphics website and social media are trademarks of their respective companies.

 

SAMPLE AND DESIGN USE AND RIGHTS: Sindex Printing & Graphics retains all rights to any and all graphic designs completed by our design department. Sindex Printing & Graphics may use any design for samples and/or marketing purposes. Sindex Printing & Graphics may use any items/products for samples and/or marketing purposes.

 

WHOLESALE/NON-PROFIT ACCOUNTS AND PRICING: Wholesale and discounted non-profit pricing is available for customer accounts with the proper documentation, following the review and approval of the Sindex Printing & Graphics accounting department. Wholesale and non-profit pricing requires the account be in good standing as these discounted rates can be revoked by Sindex Printing & Graphics at any time. Sindex Printing & Graphics charges and collects sales tax on all orders unless the appropriate sales tax exemption documentation is provided and approved prior to an order being placed. Without the correct documentation, sales tax will be charged on all applicable orders. Refunds will not be issued for sales tax collected due to documentation not being provided.

 

INDEMNIFICATION: By submitting your approval to Sindex Printing & Graphics, you agree to the following terms:
You have verified that spelling and content are correct and assume all responsibility for typographical errors. You are satisfied with the document layout. You understand that your document will print EXACTLY* as it appears on the proof and that you cannot make any changes once the order is approved. You certify that you are legally authorized to utilize any design, art, and/or photograph(s) being supplied to Sindex Printing & Graphics for the purposes of fulfilling this order. Further, the customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the printer, Sindex Printing & Graphics, from any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against the printer on grounds alleging that the said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights except to the extent that the printer has contributed to the matter. The customer agrees to, at the customer's own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of any such claim, demand, action or proceeding that may be brought against the printer, provided that the printer shall promptly notify the customer with respect thereto, and provided further that the printer shall give to the customer such reasonable time as the urgency of the situation may permit in which to undertake and continue the defense thereof.
